Our machinery combines high-precision CNC turning and milling centres with state-of-the-art metrology. 5-axis machining, counter-spindle technology and an optical 3D coordinate measuring machine together allow complex parts to be produced in a single set-up — precisely, quickly and repeatably.
Send an enquiry Small batch productionOur turning centres cover a wide range — from precision parts of Ø10 mm to large shafts of Ø500 mm and 1,500 mm in length. With turn-mill capability, counter spindle and bar feeder we produce complete parts in a single pass.
High-performance turn-mill centre with counter spindle, driven tools (B axis) and a bar feeder for Ø78 mm. Ideal for complex turned-milled parts machined on both ends in series production — a fully automated run with no manual re-clamping.
Universal turn-mill centre with driven tools. Milling, drilling and thread-cutting operations run directly in the turning set-up — no transfer to a milling machine. Particularly economical for parts that combine turning and milling operations.
Vertical turning centre with automatic pick-up for very short idle times and high quantities. The vertical layout lets gravity clear the chips more effectively and suits disc-shaped parts and flanges particularly well.
Universal turning centre for precision turned parts up to Ø65 mm. Compact and economical for smaller turned parts with demanding accuracy — ideal for shafts, bolts, bushes and stepped shafts in one-off and small batch production.
Our 5-axis machining centre, the DMG Mori DMU 50, is the heart of the milling department. Simultaneous 5-axis machining, integrated robot automation and interpolation turning make complex contours possible in a single set-up.
A premium-class universal 5-axis simultaneous machining centre. Simultaneous swivelling of the table produces complex curved surfaces, undercuts and deep bores in one set-up — saving time, avoiding re-clamping errors and raising accuracy. The integrated robot automation allows unattended production of small parts overnight or at weekends.
Precision begins with measurement. Two measuring machines together cover the whole range: the tactile Zeiss Prismo Navigator for large parts and the tightest tolerances, the optical Keyence VL-500 for fast, non-contact capture and reverse engineering where no drawing exists.
A measuring centre for large, high-accuracy parts. The scanning VAST Gold probe follows contours continuously rather than point by point — capturing form and position tolerances on free-form surfaces in a single pass. Used for initial sample inspection, series monitoring and the acceptance of large assemblies that exceed the optical measuring range.
State-of-the-art non-contact 3D metrology using structured light. The Keyence VL-500 digitises parts completely within seconds and delivers full STL data for nominal-actual comparison. Used for initial sample inspection, in-process control and reverse engineering of spare parts without a drawing.
Automatic bandsaw for cutting raw material. Round stock to Ø320 mm, square to 300×300 mm. Accurate lengths for economical blank preparation.
High-precision surface grinder up to 250×150×200 mm, wet grinding included. For guide surfaces, fitting dimensions and polished finishes down to Ra < 0.4 µm.
Professional welding for steel, stainless steel and aluminium. MIG/MAG for structural assemblies, TIG for thin-walled and high-grade joints.
Through our network of certified partner firms we offer the following in addition to our own production:
| Service | Process |
|---|---|
| Surface finishing | Chrome plating, anodising, electroplating, zinc plating |
| Heat treatment | Gas nitriding, salt bath nitrocarburising, Tenifer (Q-QPQ) |
| Grinding (external) | Cylindrical grinding, internal and external cylindrical grinding, profile grinding |
| Assembly | Mechanical assembly of finish-machined units |
Our production is fully CAD/CAM-based. We take your 3D data in all common formats and feed it straight into CAM programming — no data loss, no misinterpretation, shorter throughput times.
STEP (.stp, .step), IGES, DXF, DWG, STL, SolidWorks (.sldprt), Autodesk Inventor, Siemens NX
SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor and Siemens NX for design review and CAM programming directly on the 3D model.
Spare parts with no drawing available: 3D scan on the Keyence VL-500 → STL model → CAM program → production. The complete process chain under one roof.
