CNC Turning at the Highest Precision

Our modern CNC lathes allow rotationally symmetrical parts to be produced economically to tight dimensional and form tolerances. From straightforward axles and shafts through to complex internal and external contours, threads and grooves — we cover the full range of turning work.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company we secure the quality of every part through documented inspection processes and modern metrology. Customers in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, hydraulics and medical technology rely on our precision and delivery reliability.

Longitudinal Turning

Cylinders, tapers and stepped contours with tight concentricity requirements. Ideal for axles, shafts and journals.

  • External and internal contours
  • Facing
  • Stepped shafts and sleeves
  • Tight concentricity tolerances

Thread Turning

Metric, imperial and fine-pitch threads to DIN/ISO. Internal and external threads in all common standards.

  • Metric (M1–M100)
  • Imperial (UNC/UNF)
  • Trapezoidal threads (Tr)
  • Pipe threads (G, R)

Contour Turning

Free-form contours, curves and radii. Complex geometries in a single set-up, minimising re-clamping errors.

  • Free-form contours
  • Grooves and recesses
  • Tapers and curves
  • Drilling operations

Frequently Asked Questions About CNC Turning

What is the largest diameter you can turn?
Up to Ø 500 mm with a turning length of up to 1,500 mm. A bar feeder for stock up to Ø 78 mm allows fully automatic series production without manual reloading.
What tolerances do you achieve in turning?
To IT6 as standard, roughly ±0.01 mm, with a surface finish of Ra 0.8 µm and better. Tighter requirements are assessed case by case from the drawing — raise them with us before you enquire.
Do you make one-offs or only production runs?
From a single piece upwards. One-offs and prototypes are everyday work, as are small batches and call-off orders up to 5,000 pieces. On repeat orders the program and fixture stay stored, so the follow-up part is dimensionally identical.
Which threads can you turn?
Metric threads from M1 to M100, imperial threads to UNC and UNF, trapezoidal threads and pipe threads to G and R. Internal and external threads in all common DIN and ISO standards.
Which materials do you turn?
Structural, quenched and tempered, case-hardening and stainless steels 1.4301 and 1.4404, aluminium, brass, bronze, copper and titanium Grade 5. Plus engineering plastics such as POM, PA6, PEEK and PTFE.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Normally within 24 hours of receiving your drawing or 3D data. Stating material, quantity and required delivery date noticeably speeds up the calculation.
