CNC Milling at the Highest Level

Our CNC machining centres allow complex part geometries to be machined precisely in a single set-up. Modern 5-axis technology lets us reach even hard-to-access contours while holding consistently tight dimensional and form tolerances. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company we guarantee fully documented quality from the blank through to the finished milled part.

From taking in your CAD data through CAM programming to the final quality inspection — every step stays in one pair of hands. Customers in mechanical engineering, medical technology, vehicle engineering and special-purpose machinery value our reliability and short response times.

3-Axis Milling

Economical standard machining for prismatic parts with flat, stepped or contoured faces.

  • Face milling, pocket milling
  • Bores and threads
  • Slots and contours
  • Volume production and single parts

5-Axis Milling

Complex free-form surfaces and undercuts in a single set-up — ideal for demanding geometries.

  • Free-form surfaces
  • Undercuts
  • Simultaneous machining
  • Minimal re-clamping errors

Express Milling

Urgent single parts and spares can be produced within 24–48 hours on request.

  • Lead time of 24–48 h possible
  • Direct line to the workshop
  • Immediate enquiries welcome
  • Weekend work possible

How to Enquire About CNC Milling

A fast enquiry, an uncomplicated process:

1. Send your enquiry

Send us your drawing or 3D data (STEP/IGES/DXF) by e-mail or through the contact form. Telling us the material, quantity and required delivery date helps us quote quickly.

2. Receive your quotation

We review your enquiry and normally come back within 24 hours with a firm quotation. If you prefer, we will go through the critical details with you by phone.

3. Production & delivery

Once you place the order we begin CAM programming and production. You receive an order confirmation with the delivery date. Quality inspection followed by dispatch or collection as agreed.

Frequently Asked Questions About CNC Milling

How large can a milled part be?
The working envelope measures 500 × 500 × 300 mm. In automated production via the robot, part size goes up to 200 × 200 × 250 mm — which allows unattended runs overnight and at weekends.
What does 5-axis milling give me over 3-axis?
Complex free-form surfaces and undercuts are produced in a single set-up. That saves more than time: every re-clamping introduces a positioning error, and in 5-axis machining it simply does not arise.
What tolerances are possible in milling?
To IT6 with a surface finish of Ra 0.8 µm and better. Inspection runs on calibrated coordinate metrology, so the figures are demonstrable rather than merely promised.
Can you mill a single spare part at short notice?
Yes. Urgent one-offs and spares are produced within 24 to 48 hours on request, at weekends if needed. You speak directly to the person responsible for production, not to a ticketing system.
Which data formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, STL and native files from SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor and Siemens NX. PDF drawings as well. Upload through our portal or send by e-mail.
Do you also mill aluminium and plastics?
Yes. Aluminium EN AW-6082, 7075 and 5083 are everyday work, as are tool steel, stainless steel and titanium. In plastics: PE, PP, POM, PEEK and acrylic; carbon fibre and GRP on request.
