Upload your drawing or CAD model (STEP, DXF, PDF) through our contact form or send it by e-mail. We check manufacturability and come back to you within 24 hours.
You receive a firm quotation with unit prices, batch size, delivery date and payment terms. If questions arise about the design or the tolerances, we advise you directly and in practical terms.
Once the order is placed, our CAM programming takes over the preparation. During production we check dimensional accuracy continuously on our optical 3D coordinate measuring machine (Keyence VL-500, ±10 µm).
Your parts are delivered securely packed. On request you receive inspection records, material certificates (EN 10204 3.1/3.2) and test reports. Repeat orders are possible at any time thanks to the stored programs.

We process all common metals and engineering plastics. We choose the material together with you — matched to operating temperature, corrosion protection, strength requirements and machinability.
Through our network of certified partner firms we additionally offer: anodising, chrome plating, electroplating, zinc plating, gas nitriding and salt bath nitrocarburising (Tenifer Q-QPQ). That way you receive fully machined, surface-finished parts from a single source.
